Amazing location with host communiation top notch!

Amazing communication with the hosts, especially at any time and they do give support 100%. Amazing location and the price compared to other apartments at that area is great.

OK as a base close to a Tube station

The property was only a 5 minute walk from Edgeware Road Underground, the host handed the keys over in person and when we had stuff missing that we needed - Glasses, washing up liquid, more toilet rolls then the host sorted out for us. But the beds were comfy and they had supplied a couple of fans as it was really hot. He did bring us a couple of bottles of prosecco to ease the pain of not getting the larger apartment we booked that was closer to Marble Arch, but they wanted a good review !

It wasn't the apartment that we booked and I don't think it was like for like, size or price wise, we wanted to be closer to marble arch and that was the apartment we booked, but the host messaged us when we were on our way to tell us there was an issue with the fob to get in the building and offered us another 2 bed flat and said same area, but it wasn't it was 15 minutes away (in the opposite direction to the centre) but what can you do when you arrive into London at 9pm at night ... you can't exactly say no can you 😖 He did say if it was fixed we could move the next day, but when you are only in London Friday to Monday you will be out exploring in the daytime, you aren't gonna want to get a tube back to the apartment to pack up and move again the next day ..... you kind of feel obliged to say you will stay at the property due to this and I think the hosts count on this as less hassle for them!! We accepted the apartment at the Miles Buildings, Penfold Place, it was a bit daunting walking down a side road to get to it in-between 2 fast food restaurants with loads of blokes hanging around the back doors, (I assume they were the delivery drivers waiting for orders). When we got in, it looked quite a tired apartment, door handles hanging off the kitchen door, the bathroom shower head did not have a holder which made it quite difficult to lather up and hold the shower head at the same time, the toilet walls were scruffy and there were cheap looking wardrobes in the bedrooms, with 1 room not having any bedside table or anywhere to put stuff. The table in the lounge was a bit wobbly and the sofa's were a bit tired. It could be really nice if the host paid a bit more attention to the finishing touches.

Je suis désolé mais la proprete laisse a désirer et les finitions encore plus . Les fenêtres ferment mal . La salle de bain des odeurs de canalisation . Le chauffage ne marchait pas ( sauf d’appoint )
