Firstly our host was unbelievably helpful. He helped with our luggage up and down the stairs. He accommodated a late checkout to store our bags and was very helpful with everything. The location is perfect and you cannot find a cleaner apartment. Everything is new and stylish with all the conveniences you could wish for. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Don’t think of booking anywhere else.

The apartment is very well furnished and the design is tasteful. The apartment is clean. I appreciate that there is a sufficiently large dining table and a comfortable sofa. The internet connection is fast. The TV is very modern and allows the use of all streaming services, such as Netflix or YouTube Premium.
The two separate bedrooms are a big advantage. Both bedrooms also have spacious wardrobes for storing personal belongings.
The bathroom also has a large cabinet on the wall for storage, and there is plenty of space overall.
The apartment has a balcony facing the courtyard, which is quiet and private. You can even enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. We also found a place to park the car.
The only minor drawback is that the apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and there is no elevator, and the kitchen stove extractor does not work very effectively.

The place was very clean and the decor of the place was really nice. Location was perfect for the trip, close to the old town and lots of stores nearby. The rooms were good size and enough storage to keep things. The television there also was really nice along with the dining table.
We asked is both bedrooms had double bed and were told yes, however one didn't. Wasn't a big deal but wouldve been nice to know beforehand.

Apartment was very nice, new, on a quiet street right next to Warsaw Barbican. Coffeemaker was great. Single beds seemed a bit narrow at first, but ended up being very comfortable. One supermarket was across the street and there were others nearby. Owner was very nice, helpful and stayed in contact throughout our stay.
I definitely recommend this apartement and we are looking forward to our next visit.
No elevator - we didn't mind at all, but for some people it could be a problem.
