Eine absolute Enttäuschung – erhebliche Hygienemängel und schwierige Kommunikation!

Leider war unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft eine einzige Enttäuschung. Wir mussten die Unterkunft noch am Anreisetag wieder verlassen, ohne dort auch nur eine einzige Nacht zu verbringen.
Bereits im Vorfeld gestaltete sich die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter äußerst schwierig. Absprachen waren mühsam, die Pünktlichkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig und auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief alles andere als reibungslos. Statt eines entspannten Urlaubsbeginns hatten wir bereits bei der Ankunft unnötigen Stress.
Besonders ärgerlich war, dass uns am Vormittag noch mitgeteilt wurde, die Reinigung der Unterkunft würde gegen 14 Uhr abgeschlossen sein. Umso erschrockener waren wir über den tatsächlichen Zustand.
In den Betten befanden sich fremde Haare, die Kopfkissen waren verschmutzt und auch die Küche, einschließlich der Schränke, sowie die Terrasse waren nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Von einer hygienisch einwandfreien und sorgfältig vorbereiteten Ferienunterkunft konnte unserer Meinung nach keine Rede sein.
Bei der Übergabe zeigte uns der Vermieter lediglich die Räumlichkeiten. Die Betten waren mit Tagesdecken abgedeckt, weshalb wir die Verschmutzungen erst bei genauerer Kontrolle bemerkten. Auch die Küche und die Schränke wurden während der Übergabe nicht gemeinsam überprüft.
Für uns waren diese Zustände absolut inakzeptabel. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft nicht wohlgefühlt und konnten uns beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dort zu übernachten.
Besonders enttäuschend war die gesamte Situation, da wir extra für eine Familienhochzeit nach Spanien gereist waren und uns eigentlich auf ein paar schöne, entspannte Tage gefreut hatten.
Stattdessen mussten wir noch am Anreisetag kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Das bedeutete zusätzlichen Stress, verlorene Urlaubszeit und erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten.
Auch die anschließende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter empfanden wir als enttäuschend.
