Great place to stay, nicely decorated, very clean, stones throw away from the beach with a great view, parking right outside the apartment, very convenient. Host were lovely people also, there was everything there that I need, from towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment and a dishwasher. I would definitely stay there again and recommend for others visiting Llanelli. 👍

The property was clean on arrival, with fresh bedding and towels, its well equipped and comfortable. WiFi was good and we could watch Netflix and other platforms in the evenings. It’s well located with beautiful views. The area is quiet and feels safe. Short walk from town centre and supermarkets. It was a perfect base for exploring the region. We would happily book again.
Some issues regarding hot water, we woke up to not having hot water, contacted the owner who explained about the switch (would be useful to have those instructions beforehand). We then had another issue as the radiators went hot and we could not switch them off. We sent several messages to the owner but had no response, I finally called them but they were not able to offer any solution and did not respond to further contact which was very poor customer service.
Balcony door does not lock securely, it can be opened from outside (we tested it). The owner insisted it was secure. We were out of the property for several hours each day exploring Wales and nothing happened, but really if anyone wanted to - they could climb and enter the property via the balcony.
The bathroom smells of damp, the sealant around the bath needs replacing.

The location was lovely had had really nice views. The property is very clean and has good amenities.
I really do not to leave negative comments as the host was obviously trying very hard.
I was away on my own with a vulnerable foster child and communication and entertainment was really important to us.
Without this, the stay was not as good as it could have been.
We had no internet for the duration of our stay, this included tv.
I sent several emails with no real response until the end when the host informed me that she was very sorry and that she had been having trouble with her internet provider, a little late to tell me this really.
I would like to warn future tenants to make sure that they have the property keys in their hands at all times as the door is very heavy and slams behind you. This happened to us and we had to call the host to help us retrieve our things when we were leaving. The host did come to help us, we had to wait an hour as they live some time away.
I did suggest maybe leaving a spare key with a trusting neighbour, in case this happened again. She said she would install another separate key safe instead.
We left the night before we were due to because another night on my own with no tv was not very welcoming.
I would also suggest a clothes airer for beach clothes as it was uneconomical to use a tumble drier in July.
After using booking.com on many occasions, I feel that the property would benefit from a welcome book, explaining how to use the internet (when working) and details of the surrounding area.

Room was okay
Shabby entrance lacking tlc frames on wall in living room still had ikea insert takes 2 mins to put a print in needs a deep clean and some maintenance
