Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend, Personal mehr als höflich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und man kommt mit dem Crap überall schnell hin. Internet Kostenlos.

The bed was awesome! Firm mattress with exceptional crispy clean linen! That was the highlight of the stay. Even though the location is unremarkable the hotel offers good respite from craziness of the city.
The room even though small was comfortable. The only problem was that air-conditioner was right above the bed and blowing at you. So it was a hassle to find a way so it doesnt bother but cools the room at the same time.

Lovely staff, lovely breakfast with pho, or chef omelette if required. Spa very professional and skilled staff. Quiet comfortable room. All brill, will return within the month.

The room was very quiet and the room itself was clean.
Check-in process was very unpleasant. They didn't want to let us pay by card stating that they want to avoid the fee. We had to pay the fee by taking the cash out of atm. I don't think it's a good practice for a place that considers itself a 4 star hotel.
After that, they asked whether we want to upgrade to another room for 2mln dong. We refused and then went to our room. We realised that the bathroom was dirty and showed them the picture when they asked whether everything was okay.
They (the manager) told us that everything they use in the hotel is top quality (lol) and that it's not dirty. They told us that they can check whether they can change us to a different room tomorrow but made sure to tell us that it's going to be "same type, not better". We weren't looking to be upgraded lol it was just dirty. After that, we refused to change the room the next day, as it was too inconvenient for us to do it on the next day. A poor experience, especially from the experience expected for a hotel that says they have 4 stars.
