Our family of four loved the space in this refurbished apartment. It was well equipped and had restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating.
There is no air conditioning in the second bedroom.

A gorgeous apartment at a very reasonable price for accommodation. The photos presented at the website are fully consistent. High ceilings 3 m high, two bathrooms. Normal sound insulation. I stayed with my girl-friend and her 5-year-old daughter. We arrived by train to Samarkand from Termez very early - at 5 a.m. The owner agreed to allow us in earlier and did not charge any extra money for it. Murod was already waiting for us in the apartment, met us at the entrance and handed over a key and a card for the elevator usage. There were no problems with returning the key when we were leaving to the airport. There are food stores, cafes, and a 24-hour pizzeria nearby the apartment. The bus stop on Rudaki Street is accessable by foot making it easy to reach most of Samarkand's tourist attractions by taking bus number 71. The airport is by 12-15 minutes drive.

Звукоизоляция нормальная. Я жил со своей подругой и ее 5-летней дочерью. Мы прибыли поездом в Самарканд из Термеза очень рано - в 5 часов утра. Владелец согласился впустить нас пораньше и не взял за это никаких дополнительных денег. Мурод уже ждал нас в квартире, встретил у входа и вручил ключ и карточку для пользования лифтом. Проблем с возвратом ключа при отъезде в аэропорт не возникло. Рядом с апартаментами находятся продуктовые магазины, кафе и круглосуточная пиццерия. До автобусной остановки на улице Рудаки можно дойти пешком, что позволяет легко добраться до большинства туристических достопримечательностей Самарканда на автобусе № 71. Аэропорт находится в 12-15 минутах езды.
The only minor minus is that some of the light switches are installed too low although this is comfortable for children.

the apartment itself is great. spacious, and modern, and has a dedicated parking lot. things worked without issues.
I had a lot of frustration about getting a traveler registration document. even before booking, I asked the property if that can be issued. even after checking in, it took me 3-4 times of 'reminding' the property to make me a document. (I stayed for a total of 5 days). at the end, the property failed to give me a correct registration - he made one with wrong dates (because he only tried to make one on my last day), and he failed to correct it, and predictably, once I checked out, he stopped responding to my message. The current Uzbek governmet requires travelers to have this document, so if you want to make sure that you get a registration document to protect yourself, I advise against this property.
Overall, the communication with the son was not responsive.
