Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, neu, sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das beginnt mit den vielen Utensilien in der Küche (von diversen Töpfen bis hin zum Cocktailshaker), über große bzw. bequeme Betten, bis hin zu Stühlen und Sonnenschirm für den Strand (welcher sehr nahe gelegen ist).
Die Dachterrasse ist eine Klasse für sich. Dort oben gab es auch einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Sogar kochen wäre auf der Dachterrasse möglich.
Die Heizung im Wohnraum funktioniert gut und rasch (wir hatten leider auch ein paar kühlere Abende). Innerhalb von nur ein paar Minuten wurde es bereits warm.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft gab es ein Einstandsgeschenk (Wein+Gebäck). Es wurde uns angeboten, uns in ein Geschäft oder auf den Markt zu fahren um Lebensmittel einkaufen zu können. Am Abreisetag wurden wir sogar zur Bahnstation gebracht.
Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Our stay was extremely comfortable, and the hostess Valeria could not have been more accommodating. She even took us grocery shopping and waited for us to finish and drove us back. I have never had that experience before. Unbelievable hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were super comfortable and the entire place was very large with privacy for everyone. Everything was extremely clean and organized and uncluttered. Additionally, location was perfect and you just had to walk 50 m to see the Ionian sea. Abundant restaurants with lots of different choices of food everywhere you went. I particularly liked the maze like historic centre of Gallipoli. Highly recommend!!!!
Only two small things:the shower in the first bathroom leaks onto the floor because the shower stall is narrow, and the showerhead is large. The door only opens outwards and that’s when all the water leaks onto the floor but to be honest, that was a minor inconvenience. The bathroom sink also leaked onto the shelf below onto items that I had placed there. Again, just a small inconvenience. There were multiple awkward and narrow steps, going upstairs to the living room and kitchen and also to the terrace. I would hesitate to recommend this to anyone with a disability, advanced arthritis or anyone with balance issues.

We loved everything about this apartment. To find a property that is affordable for a family in summer holidays yet provides every comfort you’d expect from your own home is very rare for Gallipoli - we have been renting holiday apartments here for 13 years and nowhere comes close to Dimora Lumina. The interior design is both comfortable and tasteful, everything works as it should - aircon, WiFi, good water supply. The bedrooms are so cool and fresh that you don’t even need aircon during the night. The location is perfect and the roof terrace was the icing on the cake, a beautiful, calm oasis to escape from the crowds of Gallipoli vecchio. There is a fully equipped kitchen up there too if you want to cook at home, not that you need to with all the great restaurants around. Valeria is a brilliant hostess and was on hand for any need that we had. Our stay was perfect, we would come here again and again. It’s rare that we say that about properties here : Dimora lumina has set a new standard!
