La situation à proximité de l’hypercentre, mais dans un quartier calme et la petite cour du rez de chaussée
Je suggère de remplacer la télévision actuelle par une smart TV. En effet les locataires qui disposent d’un abonnement Netflix, mycanal ou autre ne peuvent pas en profiter sur les équipements de la résidence. Peut être des explications plus précises sur le tri auraient-elles été nécessaires ?

Zentrale Lage, wenn gleich in keinen besonders guten Viertel. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, toll ist, dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz inbegriffen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über den Booking.com Chat geht schnell und zuverlässig.
Die Wohnung fordert 200 € Sicherheit über einen vorab versendeten Link an. Den Link bekommt man einfach so zugesandt, er ist sehr ähnlich zu Spam versuchen und verwirrt daher zunächst. Die Abwicklung war allerdings völlig korrekt.
Auch wenn die Wohnung insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck macht, ist der Boden nicht sauber, man bekommt schwarze Fußsohlen.

Not a lot -it just feels like a mill that they put people through.
They say there’s parking, but if you’re arriving for the first time, you have to park, get out of the car, get through the entrance and to the key box next to the apartment door, unlock the key box (they had given me the wrong code) then get back to your car and then find the parking. It’s really not easy that first time, and that may be the only time you’re seeking parking there. I found the managers were relatively responsive when I couldn’t get in the first time, but in general, they had form letters and it seemed a bit like a slick operation that was overhyped.
