Centrally located but set back from the road so quiet. Well set up lodge with great equipment, staff helpful when needed but glad to say did not have to bother them much. Good for exploring Northumberland coast and towns. Plus good dog walk and running routes around the castle.

This was in an excellent location right next to the castle and minutes from shops and restaurants.
Lovely outside area with new furniture. However, it could have done with a sweep.
The cleaning ladies had made the property inside immaculate.
The garden was full of weeds and scruffy.
Front entrance door (on the street )with cobwebs and not smart looking.
No where to put toiletries in the bathroom.
Too many cushions!!
