我在越南平阳省新渊地区出差时入住了这里，位置非常方便，可以快速前往多个大型工业园区，例如 VSIP 1、VSIP 2、VSIP 2A、南新渊工业区、南新渊扩展工业区、优安兴工业区、得国工业区以及第三神浪工业区。非常适合在平阳各工业区工作的出差人士。
房间内配备完整厨房，方便长期住宿时自己做饭。另外，大楼内提供洗衣机和烘干机，可直接使用，非常适合长期居住或多日出差的人士。室内空间现代、干净整洁，因为大楼比较新。
大楼一层有餐厅、咖啡店、办公区，并提供会议室和会议服务。我曾在这里租用会议室与合作伙伴开会，整体服务体验很好。新渊周边也有不少住宿选择，但在干净程度和设施便利性方面，这里相当突出。以后如果同事或朋友来这一区域工业区出差，我也会推荐这里。

I stayed here during my business trip in Binh Duong and found it very convenient for commuting to nearby industrial parks around Tan Uyen area. Travel time was reasonable, which made my daily schedule much easier.
The room is designed like a serviced apartment, so it is comfortable for long stays. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple cooking. There are also washing and drying machines available in the building, which is very useful if you stay for several days or weeks.
The building is quite new, so everything feels clean and well maintained. On the ground floor, there is a café, food options, working space, and meeting room service if needed. I actually used the meeting space once and the experience was smooth.
Overall, I think this place is suitable for business travelers, engineers, or specialists working in industrial zones in Binh Duong. I would consider staying here again for my next business trip.

我因为工作原因在平阳住了大约2周，整体体验很好。房间空间舒适、干净，而且因为大楼比较新，所以长期住下来也很舒服。
一开始我是直接预订的。不过就在几天前，工作人员告诉我他们正在加强线上预订渠道，并建议我优先通过App进行预订。我尝试之后觉得流程很快也很方便，整体预订体验不错。
房间配有完整厨房，如果长期入住想自己做饭会很方便。另外，大楼内有洗衣机和烘干机，日常生活非常方便，不需要使用外部洗衣服务。
这里在新渊区域出行很方便，适合在周边工业区工作的人士。大楼一层有咖啡店、餐厅和工作区，如果需要见客户或者简单办公也很方便。
如果以后还有机会在平阳长期工作，我还是会考虑再次住在这里。
