The location is great—not too far from restaurants, establishments, and the pier for island tours. The neighborhood is also quiet and not too noisy.
The staff are approachable and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the bunk beds - please maintain cleanliness! Overall, we had a great stay. Keep up the good work!
The hot shower wasn’t working during our stay.
Since it’s a budget hostel, it might be helpful to have a small pantry where guests can access free hot water, especially for those bringing their own coffee or drinks. You could also sell instant coffee and provide mugs for guests to use, with a CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) policy to help keep the area clean.

De locatie is top. Niet in het mega drukke centrum, maar dat is wel op 3 minuten loop afstand.
De kamer is erg klein voor het feit dat je het met 8 mensen deelt. De lockers waar je spullen in moeten stinken en ruiken muf. De badkamer is in de hostelkamer & de deur kraakt en piept enorm, dus daar wordt je elke keer wakker van. Geen handzeep in de badkamer.
