The Staff called Anita who was very pleasant and accommodating and kayaking
There was Lack of proper communication and mis information.
In regard to the drivers meal arrangements. We were told it was free and later they tried to charge us.
The welcoming was rigid with no welcome drinks nor towels.. we asked for tissue and the receptionist responded by telling us she didnt have any despite the long journey and awareness of our coming. Housekeeping mentioned Turndown that was never done in all our 2 Nights there.
We booked a game drive of which we where told the fee was as per vehicle only to be paired with another group at same price .. meaning they double charged for the vehicle.. on complaining, we where told that was a discounted rate.. again false information. The packed breakfast was very little and not fulfilling at all.
The meals where too expensive compared to what was brought to the table that we opted to look for a nearby town to eat for remaining day.
The place is Nice but for the $360 we paid for 2 Nights, it wasn't worth it.
