Beautiful property, tastefully decorated with everything you need for a seaside break- milk in the fridge and tea and coffee was a nice surprise, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The sea is 10 mins stroll away, and some good recommendations for coffee and dinner made this a great stay! Thank you.
Parking was a little tricky, but we have a mini so we squeezed outside the property on the side road - there is parking, but its a popular place so spaces come free on the main road when the day trippers have left!

Only a small negative we could of done with electric fans in the bedrooms as it was exceptionally hot upstairs due to the current heatwave.

The property is just off the main part of Lytham St Anne’s and is perfect. It was a lovely bonus there was an outdoor seating area to enjoy the weather.
It was outstandingly clean. Everything was in perfect condition and felt very luxurious. You can tell a lot of love has gone into renovating this house.
The beds were super comfy and the towels soft. It was genuinely perfect in every way and we can’t wait to visit it again.
Check in and out was really well organised and the hosts are super helpful and friendly! Thank you so much.
