Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el Hôtel Villa Maïtia y superó todas nuestras expectativas. Ideal para base de visita del País Vasco Frances. El parking un plus.
◦ Limpieza: Las instalaciones lucen relucientes. La habitación estaba impecable, con ropa de cama y toallas de gran calidad, y se nota el cuidado extremo en cada rincón del hotel.
◦ Atención: El trato del personal fue excepcional desde el primer momento. Son personas muy amables, atentas y con una calidez humana que te hace sentir como en casa, nos gestionaron un dia más de la mejor manera posible. El lugar es un remanso de paz en el corazón del País Vasco, con una decoración preciosa y una piscina fantástica. ¡Para repetir!

Une rénovation d'une ancienne villa en création d'un hôtel charmant où tout a été conçu par Tiago et sa Maman avec un goût très sûr et une empathie naturelle rendant notre séjour bien au delà de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel.
Nous ne voyons pas d'amélioration à apporter

It's such a new and properly decorated hotel. Everywhere you can find details and everything is well thought of. Even the garden looks amazing. The hotel is very new. Breakfast is fresh and even including some homemade foods. Very high quality coffee machine. We were both amazed and sad we only stayed for one night.

This place is a little gem in Basque Country! The owner and her son were so helpful and the breakfast was the best we have had in all the places we have stayed in France!
The room was small but we were only there for one night so no big deal!
