Awful!!!! Inconsiderate, communication is non existent,

The property cancelled our stay when we had already travelled to Leeds. We did not get to stay although I have stayed here before

The property messed us around. Let us get to Leeds from Middlesbrough then just did not respond to any messages so we had to book a different stay in a different place. We were stuck then for 4 hours with nowhere to go and tickets to an event which we then missed due to this

No Access to Property, Shocking customer service

We couldn't get in to the apartment. The keybox was empty. No one answered my many calls, texts and emails. Booking.com were amazing. Cancelled and refunded and offered to pay the difference within reason of the new accommodation booked. But do not book here. Shame as I have stayed here before and it is a nice apartment.

Not being to get into the apartment after a 7 hour drive with 2 children. Shocking customer service from host. Rubbish in hall way. Shame as location and apartment are great.

Appalling scam, please avoid

Nothing, couldn’t get into the property, owner was unresponsive, wasted over 90 minutes trying to find the property and reach the owner. I suspect this property doesn’t exist and this is a fraud.

Rude unresponsive owner

We contacted the owner several times, rang, left messages. We contacted Booking.com as we still had no details at 4:45pm ( check in was from 3pm)

Booking.com sent an email to say the owner could not accommodate our booking. This was booked for my daughter’s graduation on the Monday. We missed our restaurant reservation, we had to find elsewhere to stay last minute. It was very stressful.No apology from owner. We have to wait 7-10 working days for a refund, what a joke!

Close to where we needed to be and comfy bed

A lot of hairs in bed. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. There was a macdonalds left in the fridge from the previous customers. Meaning the place had not been thoroughly cleaned and checked
