Excellent communication by host and super flexible in allowing early check in and late check out (for a fee) which was hugely appreciated. Super central and in the heart of old town
That we had to pay €20 for getting sheets put on the beds! Normally on all other booking.com
Properties we would expect bedding included in booking and not to have to pay more for this. Also on 4th floor but in old town multi levels is expected but no lift

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Every amenity catered for, delightful stay in the heart of old town Nice.
Only thing I didn’t like was all those stairs up to the apartment! But that says more about me and not the apartment, having just recovered from a broken ankle should’ve put more thought into how many floors up it was! But the location more than compensated

Amazing location, cleanliness and good value for money. Nice and characteristic flat. I loved the tomette flooring. Bedroom is nice sized and beds are comfortable. 4 adults can stay there comfortably.
The sofa bed is uncomfortable and the air conditioner is not enough to cool both rooms down.

Perfect little apartment with a charming view of the street below
We loved it all but a second A/C unit in the living room would make it perfect.
