Location on Sam Roi Yot beach is quite unique, there are only a few plots allowed to have that kind of direct beach access. Kind of invaluable.
The place hasn’t aged gracefully, looks pretty worn out and therefore overpriced. Even cooking’s utensils are really dated.
Living room is spoiled by a giant snooker table that sits in the middle. It’s unclear to figure out what is the target customer base. Party? (Karaoke equipment). Family? Groups? Wifi wasn’t working. Impossible to connect to TV.
The place has clearly an exceptional potential but it’s lazily managed hence disappointing.

บ้านสวยมาก ติดทะเล แบบเปิดมาเจอทะเล ด้านหน้าจากบ้านมองเห็นเกาพี่ชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นจากบ้านได้เลย มาถึงบ้านแล้วไม่อยากออกไปไหนเลย ด้านหลังบ้านมีร้านอาหาร อร่อยราคาไม่แพง ห้องนอนล่าง นอนสบาย มองเห็นทะเลและสระว่ายน้ำ คุณแม่ชอบมาก ห้องนอนชั้นล่างใหญ่นอนสบาย ห้องน้ำดี สระใหญ่กว่ารูปมาก ครบจบในที่เดียว มีโต๊ะเกมส์ คาราโอเกะให้ฟรี ดีกว่าพักโรงแรมมาก (พักโรงแรม 2 ห้องแพงกว่านี้) เลยตัดสินใจจองที่นี่ ปรากฎดีมาก ส่วนตัว นอนมองทะเลได้ทั้งวัน โดยเฉพาะหลังนี้ เป็นหลังมุม เหมือนมองดูเกาะแบบส่วนตัว อารมณ์แบบไปเที่ยวเกาะ แต่ยังได้ความสะดวกสบาย ในที่พัก ร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อ มันดีมากจริงๆ ตรงนี้ได้รับความนิยมมาก ในต่างชาติ
