Would love to stay again

Lovely apartment, great location & views.

Nothing about the property but instructions as to where the apartment was, in relation to the car park was not clear. That said now we know where it is we’d stay again

We booked the One-Bedroom Apartment with View. Stop looking for places in Ronda, book this room.

Location, location, location. I believe there were 6 windows all looking out over the valley. Watching the sunrise.

Avoid this host

It was clean and good location

It took us almost two hours of walking up and down different streets whilst trying to contact host to find the apartment. I called and messaged the host several times, no reply. Booking . Com still have not managed to hear from the host, it’s been a week. The apartments entrance are through a restaurant which wasn’t told to us at any point. I was told that I’d need to book parking in order to drive to the apartment, I told them I’d like to. They reassured me that I can do it once I get there, no reply. I will now most likely be getting a fine for driving through the historic centre. I have WhatsApp and messages via booking. Com several times with no reply. Also the shower cubicle has a window in it with no blinds, my daughter was showering and two men from the building across were looking at her. Unacceptable. Although a nice apartment Avoid this host. Trip was ruined

A wonderful stay in the heart of Ronda, unfortunately affected by an uncomfortable check-in experience.

We loved the location, right in the heart of Ronda. The room was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the access code sent via WhatsApp was for another room, so we accidentally entered an occupied room when we arrived around 11 PM. We tried calling the property but received no answer. Luckily, we found the correct code in our Booking.com messages. Without this incident, we would have given the highest rating, but the situation felt quite unprofessional and raised some concerns about the access system.

Een prachtig appartement en heel schoon, ruim en prachtige locatie. Als ik 1 minpuntje mag opnoemen dan is dat de luidruchtige airco in de hoofd slaapkamer. Met dit geluid is niet te slapen. Gelukkig was de temperatuur ‘s nachts goed te doen zonder airco!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Schlucht! Auch das Parken in der Garage hat ohne Probleme funktioniert (kostenpflichtig). Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung wies leider einige Mängel auf. Ein kaputter Stuhl auf dem Balkon und eine defekte Toilettenspülung, die vermutlich schnell zu reparieren gewesen wäre. Über diesen Defekt haben wir den Vermieter direkt informiert, jedoch ist nichts bis zu unserer Abreise am nächsten Tag passiert. Die Kommunikation war möglich, jedoch wurde leider nicht auf das Problem eingegangen. Für den Preis für die Unterkunft hätten wir mehr von den Vermietern erwartet.
