Friendly, convenient hotel; rooms a little small but nice ambiance

Nice vibe

We were meeting family for dinner in Bromley so this was a great location for us. The check in and check out process was straightforward and hassle free. The staff were all very friendly and professional. At check in, they changed the room so we did not have to walk up 2 flights of steps with our luggage which was very nice of them. We did not eat there as we already had plans but there are multiple options available and the people we saw were clearly enjoying their food and drinks. The room was nicely decorated and despite overlooking the street, was surprisingly quiet!

A working lift would have made access to the rooms easier for all but this is a small grumble really. Their is a garden bar / terrace on the 1st floor that was playing music akin to a nightclub so we skipped that as we could noy hear each other talk.

The staff, the location is literally on the high street, severs as a bar restaurant and members only club- very chic

A lift to get to the 3rd floor will be a good addition
