The location, responsiveness and flexibility of the owner and the amenities in the room.
The only thing which we didn’t like is that the the toilet commode and the shower are so aligned that the bathing water flies onto the commode. The differentiating glass is too small to avoid this. A simple solution could be to just put a curtain there which will take care of it. Rest everything was wonderful.

It’s a very good apartment, conveniently located close to metro, and in a safe, relatively quiet area of Athens, well equipped.
additional add-ons and “nice to haves” for the owners to make this apartment a 10/10 experience, I’m listing below:
1. Try to send Check-in details at least one day in advance. Do not wait for the guest to reach out and ask about keybox code and other things.
2. Printed info about WiFi network and code: some people may have bad eyesight and won’t be able to read it from the router.
3. Trash bin in the kitchen + general trash instructions for those guests who stay longer.
4. A complimentary bottle of water + a couple of tea bags and ground coffee is simply a nice welcoming gesture. Especially for the guests who arrive late at night.
5. Remove all slippers from owners/other guests.
Strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Although I wasn’t able to tell whether it comes from the pipes or from outside for the window..

Truly excellent stay! The studio was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Great location, wonderful amenities, and an overall relaxing experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
