Séjour intéressant mais conditions climatiques et d’hébergement difficiles

La proximité du centre-ville

Au moment de la canicule, nous avons vérifié qu’il y avait la climatisation. Et bien non, il n’y avait qu’un VENTILATEUR ! La présentation est donc mensongère. Nuits plutôt difficiles. D’autre part, pas de drap housse du dessous pour la 1ère nuit, une alèse peu propre et un torchon de cuisine de 20cmx20. Casseroles et poêles très usagées et dangereuses pour la santé. Voisinage calme en point positif.

L'emplacement. Canapé confortable et appartement fonctionnel.

Pas de CLIMATISATION alors que cela est mentionné dans le moteur de recherche et la description. Toujours pas changé malgré deux avis négatifs. Cela induit le client en erreur et pose question sur l'honnêteté. L'annonce n'est toujours pas modifiée, malgré nos interpellations du propriétaire et de booking . Les casseroles Téflon sont totalement rayées et donc cancérigènes . Une seule serviette pour deux , ce qui a été le cas aussi pour les clients précédents. Problème réglé à notre demande l'après midi du 2 eme jour. Chaleur intenable jour et nuit, une seule fenêtre qui ne permet pas les courants d'air. Le ventilateur ne suffit pas. Même le store baissé.
