Location was perfect stayed with three families with kids and it was lovely. Everything was clean and the area was quiet it had a decent size driveway can fit two cars in. the garden was massive our kids loved it it had it own en-suite. We had no problems with our stay what we needed everything was there a fantastic stay and very family friendly.

Good location, near enough to city centre, Etihad etc while still being in a relatively quiet area. Off road parking space. Friendly host who was very kind to allow a slightly earlier check in and also good with communication and information.
Well kept 4 bed with large garden, well equipped kitchen. Was nice to have items provided such as toilet and kitchen roll, tea and coffee, milk, cling film, shampoo, washing up items etc.
Pool table was good, just enough room for a decent game, also plenty of space in the garden for outdoor activities. 3 separate bathrooms was also a plus.
Outdoor seating was advertised but not present-a shame in the lovely weather.
Also some of the windows were quite stiff to open and close properly
Sofa area was just about big enough for our group of 5 - any more would have been impractical.

Great sized room, clean, good communication with host, very helpful and hospitable, facilities are superb. Would definitely stay again! Location is great, close to the Etihad Stadium too.

It was such a nice property with a very nice Garden. It was very clean and they even had coffee, tea, salt, sunflower oil, ketchup, pepper which is rare to find at Holiday homes. Load of utensils. It has drive that you can fit 2 cars just but good. Very secure with metal shutters, 10 mins walk from the Etihad (we actually went to see the players come out training and come out the stadium) massive 2 double bed room
No chalk for the cues and one of the cues did not have the top bit. Internet came on and off and we were unable to log out last day of our Netflix as Internet was down.
