Excellent location! It sits just on the edge of the busy part of town and has a fantastically elevated view of the rest of town. Even though it's a relatively modern building (80s maybe?) it sits on what would have been the edge of the fort walls, hence its elevated position. The balcony is a show stopper. It is large and you can sit for hours just watching and listening to the world go by especially when sunset came and the swifts danced in the air before roosting.
The bedroom and living room feel modern and bright. The kitchen and bathroom feel a bit left from the time it was someone's actual home, but they are functional. We stayed for a week and it was perfect for that as we were able to sometimes cook for ourselves and do our laundry there. Conveniently enough, underneath the building is a small supermarket with normal prices compared to the centre. We had a hire car for part of our stay. You can park outside, but be prepared to search for a space in the nearby roads (not a problem for us as we also live in a busy city. The main bus hub of San Rocco Square was also conveniently located nearby.
Corfu town is an excellent location. So much to see and do. It was baking hot and humid so we were overjoyed to realise there were lots of local spots to swim with swimming pool style steps going directly into the sea!
Upgrade the bath tub.

Great location, quiet area, lovely balcony, and a well-equipped apartment.
Not ideal for a family of five. The sofa beds are uncomfortable for longer stays, and both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning need improvement.
