The place is walking to Anjuna view point, few minutes from the popular Starco junction, with many cafes and restaurants nearby and a general store right next door. This is an independent villa in a gated complex, giving privacy despite being centrally located. The villa I stayed in was for 2 people with a queen size bed, equipped with AC, a good size bathroom, a fair kitchenette with a single induction stove and basic utensils, 3 chairs and a table were provided for outdoor sitting. Overall it was perfect for my solo travel needs. It was value for money given off season. The caretaker as well as the manager were responsive and helped me with any requirements I had. Overall excellent stay!
The room has 2 windows, however there are no mosquito nets. This made it difficult to keep them open, especially in the evening. Also, note that the villa is surrounded by cafes, so music is generally audible inside the room throughout the day. While I enjoyed this and it was not disturbing to me, noting this for reference.
