Ottimo hotel in posizione ideale per esplorare la città, con camere pulite e molto spaziose, arredamento moderno e un alto livello di qualità e cura. Ottima colazione, perfettamente fornita per tutti i gusti. Ottimo anche il mini-bar incluso con acqua e bevande fredde a disposizione.
La comunicazione con il front-desk, come spesso succede in Cina, non è facilissima a causa della lingua: utilizzando un traduttore online si supera comunque il problema.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Atour Hotel Shanghai Bund Land Plaza. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable, and the room was well designed with everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Shanghai and get to many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to assist. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.
Gym needs to have more equipment.

Bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Personal agradable
Está en obras y hay ruido todo el día, no avisaron antes. La habitación no estaba lista a la hora que dijeron, retraso de dos horas en hacer el check in. Desayuno mediano. Te dejan dejar las maletas después del check out pero no hay un baño para ducharte antes del vuelo. El aire acondicionado es congelante mismo en el ventilador más bajo
