Clean, very nice apartment in the centre of Leeds
Host difficult to get hold.of, automated message within the app did not contain check in details,. leaving me standing outside waiting for them to pick up the phone and send a message with instructions.
Reached out 5 times.via SMS and Booking app for a VAT receipt. Ignored

Lovely modern apartment, well appointed. Excellent location for shopping and Belgrave Music Hall.
Directions stated lift, there is no lift at that end of the building so 4 flights of stairs, anyone with access needs would be in real trouble.
Air con was woefully inadequate, non windows opened and no fans were available, this was the hosted night of the year so far.
I contacted the hosts but the situation was not resolved.

Loved the location, the decor. All areas you moved in were spotless clean but under the bed was filthy and clearly never touched in months.
Dirty under the bed, balls of hair and rubbish that hadn't been hoovered. Bags of rubbish left in the halls from early afternoon on check in still there on checkout the next day. Smell of drains coming from the bathroom and throughout the apartment, can't even crack windows to air out the smell

We have stayed before so knew what to expect. Great location, very comfortable apartment with pretty much everything we needed to hand.
Nothing that I didn’t like about the apartment itself, however, communication from the host was unreliable and some lacked important information for accessing the apartment on the day.
