Location facilities heating
Early checkout 10.00Am late checkin 4.00pm although if you paid £7.50 P/H you could check in earlier. Shower went cold when the person in the room next door was using the shower at the same time,tv kept freezing, booking had to send passport ID which is normally done when booking a holiday abroad.

The location was great. We didn't have breakfast
Overall it was clean and comfortable. A little dark as there was only a small window, because of this, there was a glazed door, unfortunately, if anyone came or went from other rooms during the night, the lights lit up our room. We had to try to cover the glass at night to keep our room dark.

Not the best self catering facilities, very limited. Floor wasn't clean in places and the toilet wasn't very clean. I cleaned it myself. Towels could have been better quality they didn't match the quality of the apartment.

The room was well equipped with a small kitchenette area.
It was very clean .
Staff I spoke to on phone very pleasant abd helpful A lot of online requests and form filling though
Our room was very small for the cost.
The bedding really needs replacing the quilt was tired and lumpy.
One of the two chairs in the kitchenette was broken and unsafe to sit on.
