The apartment is situated in Chamonix centre but in a very calm and cozy place. Our apartment had a beautiful view at MontBlanc and a balcony where we spent time and had meal with pleasure.
There was everything we needed in the apartment and it was tidy and clean. It is also well designed, so it's just nice to live in there.
We had a problem at there entrance to the parking and there was no-one from the agency to come and help us to open the parking door or explain us what to do. In the end other owners helped us to enter but I can't imagine how would we cope with this if we didn't speak French for example. The problem was that you always have to use a beeper to leave parking - otherwise you will not be able anymore to open the car entrance from outside and enter. If it still happened, like in our case, you need to open the parking door with the key and then open the car entrance manually from inside, go in on a car , go out again using beeper this time and then you can enter again by car by using beeper. But in the agency no-one knew that and couldn't explain, no-one came to help and no-one cared when I explained our difficulties later.
The apartment is literally tiny. But we knew that. It's written in the description. It's just really inconvenient in certain situations when you are a family of four.
