Clean room. Decent facilities in the room. Very polite and guest friendly management who even upgraded our room to deluxe for no extra cost. We had morning coffee every day in addition to tea served with breakfast but since we didn't have breakfast for 2 days, it was adjusted and we didn't have to pay for coffee..
Bigger geyser capacity gave good hot water and had it's switch inside the room itself.
Enough cupboard and storage space.
Liquid hand wash and shampoo was really something I liked than the usual soap bars most hotels give. I am used to liquid soaps since corona days and this facility really helped continue with my hygiene preference.
Generator backup was adequate.
Ideal location for us considering we had a wedding to attend at Venkata Ramaiah Kalyana Soudha at walkable distance.
Stairs to reception. Lift should have been made available from the ground floor.
Closet/drain gave bad odour. Had to use exhaust all day..

Perfect location
If they can change the bedsheets ( i think it has to be replaced with new ones) will be highly appreciated. I am staying here consecutively for the past 3 years.
