Everything was perfect - from the pre-check in communication, to the stay to the kind flexibility on check-out hours.
We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is new and with everything you might wish for during a stay away from home. Extremely central, you go through a door on the main street and it takes you to a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that has clearly just been finished and refurbished.
It was surprisingly quiet - apart from the noise of the bin collections from the bar next door in the early morning (but that's normal when you are so central).
We had zero noise issues regardless of being on the same road as bars, cafes and pubs - once you're in the apartment it is extremely well insulated.
We loved it and would stay again anytime!

Very central location, light and airy bedrooms. Lovely linen and towels.
Lack of hanging space! No wardrobe bed 2? no hooks on doors.

Brand new kitchen and sofa. Lovely to have a L'or/Nespresso coffee machine. Very well equipped with knives pots and pans. Always good to have access to wine glasses and champagne flutes. The location is right in the heart of everything in Stratford Upon Avon and couldn't be more convenient for sightseeing.
As it was exceptionally hot the staff brought us two fans for the bedroom which were much needed. Really responsive and helpful staff.
Although there is an iron there is no ironing board which would be easy to add. Some coffee pods for the first day would be nice but we brought our own. One of the bedrooms has nowhere to hang clothes so a few hooks or a hanging rail would be helpful in there.

Excellent location very comfortable beds and well equipped.
The central heating did not work and we could not get warm. Sat up with duvets in evening. So cold we left a day early. Attempted to contact agents for help but no reply
