The location of the property was great and easy to get to! The property was like new and very clean.
I did not receive an email with the door code. I had to contact the property owner by message through the app, text message and call. When I didn’t get a response from any contact attempt I was able to talk to the other through the Ring doorbell. Also, the water smelled TERRIBLY of rotten eggs. Lastly, there is no furniture on the deck or the main bedroom.

This place had everything needed to enjoy your stay. High speed internet, great for remote work, extremely clean, screened in porch overlooking river, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and lighting made this a perfect relaxing location. Every day around 6pm, the deer arrive for a snack.
If you have mobility issues, be aware, there are a lot of stair for main entry and the Master bedroom is on the second floor.

We loved it being on the Notely River and the screened in porch that over looks it.
We did not have anything that we did not like.

It was very clean, comfortable, and appealing.
