Great location
The apartment is located in a bigger complex. The main entrance is a bit messy and could be cleaned up from time to time

Great location near Roath park, the property itself was lovely and clean, only a minor issue if you could call it that, my daughter raised a point that there was no practical mirror anywhere in the flat.
Parking spots wasn’t really identified, the area is very busy in the day time and sometimes was difficult to find a space.

It was an excellent location over shops and cafes and opposite a pub. Itcwas lovely in the evenings which I liked but it settled down at night and the double glazing was good. It’s very close to Roath park lake.
A few steps to negotiate even though I’d checked and was told there wouldn’t be.
