The beautiful apartment and great location

First of all the host was really very friendly, and the room was reasonably priced, only 30 KM. It’s worth mentioning that the room looks exactly like it does in the photos. One of the main advantages is the location — the apartment is right by the pedestrian zone in Pale, so everything is within easy reach, including restaurants, pubs, shops, a bank, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, an Orthodox church, etc.
Another big advantage is the large and free parking area in front of the building.
As for the room itself, it is small, but it has its own charm. It’s worth noting that there is a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, so you can prepare something to eat. The kitchen is really small, but it’s perfectly fine for cooking something.
There is also a reasonably well-equipped bathroom. The water pressure is good, so there’s no problem taking a proper shower. The bed is generally comfortable, and overall,
I’d say this place is a good option for one night or even just a few hours, depending on your needs.
As for the property itself, it is actually an office that has been converted into an apartment, so it naturally has both advantages and disadvantages.
The room can also get quite stuffy, as there is only one small window above the entrance door. There is a fan in the room, but there is no air conditioning, so on hot days it can be quite uncomfortable.
One of the main drawbacks is the bathroom hygiene — the shower curtain is in really poor condition.
There is also a somewhat strange smell in the bathroom. I’m not sure whether it’s caused by dampness or an issue with the pipes or drainage.
For some guests, the lack of a TV may also come as a surprise. It didn’t bother me personally, but some people like to have a TV in their room. For anyone planning a longer stay, another thing to keep in mind is that there is no washing machine.
At the beginning, we had a minor issue because the accommodation wasn’t ready when I arrived, even though I had booked the room something about 1.5–2 hours earlier However, in the end, it wasn’t a major problem, as these kinds of situations can happen in the Balkans.

Sve je bilo izuzetno! Apartman je prelijep, izuzetno čist, uredan i opremljen svim potrepštinama za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je odlična i mirna, a domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni, pristupačni i na raspolaganju za sve što nam je trebalo. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!
Nemamo nikakvih zamjerki, sve je bilo u najboljem redu.

Moja ocena 15/10. Chyba jeszcze nie spotkałem takiego miejsca i mówię to całkiem poważnie, a jeżdżę po świecie sporo. W tym apartamencie jest wszystko tak jakby właściciel sam spędził tam jakiś czas i przetestował co jest potrzebne. Dzieki temu nie brakuje niczego, w aneksie kuchennym, w łazience czy pokoju. Jest stolik z krzesłami, szafa, komoda, kapcie czy łóżko z mega wygodnym materacem. Właśnie gospodarz to kolejny plus, posłuchaj to naprawdę bardzo pomocna osoba która super mówi po angielsku, dopytuje się czy wszystko jest dobrze. cieszy się z Twojego pobytu tak samo jak Ty. Podsumowanie: miły zaangażowany gospodarz, dobrze przemyślany apartament w którym jest wszystko. Ludzie wybierajcie to miejsce
