We were cycling the TA and the location was great. The room was compact but there was an additional covered porch area with fairy lights to relax in.
The small room with double bed might be a problem for bigger people (fine for 2 skinny cyclists who like each other)

Very tidy and check-in/arrival was very easy. Communication leading up to stay was plentiful and although I didn't need any assistance during the stay it felt like any queries would be quickly answered.

It was in the location I wanted.
There is no TV, I am a sports fan and there was plenty on and couldn't kick back and relax.
