I work in the oil and gas industry so I travel the world for business and pleasure. I don’t normally leave reviews as I would be writing them none stop, but I feel leaving one for Hotel M S Chola is worthy of my time to write it.
I am from the U.K. and was in Chennai for one month for business and I was extremely impressed with how clean the hotel is and how welcoming all the staff were throughout my whole stay.
I picked the hotel based on the reviews that said it was clean and I can honestly say they wasn’t wrong regarding the cleanliness, but none of the other reviews I read mentioned the friendliness of the staff or the good coffee they make.
If you planning a trip to Chennai and want a clean friendly hotel and a clean room to go back to every night to relax at a very reasonable price, you will not be disappointed by booking Hotel M S Chola.
The management couldn’t do enough for me and it wasn’t just me, as over the month I witnessed their hospitality to all the other guests I seen walk through the door.
