Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön
Alles nicht besonders schön renoviert. Ameisen auf dem Balkon. Im Küchenhängeschrank stinkt es, somit auch das Geschirr. Wir konnten es nicht benutzen. Esstisch und Sofa für den Müll. Esstisch ist entweder falsch aufgebaut oder kaputt. Nur am wakeln. Fernehschrank nicht fertig zusammengebaut. Sofa komplett durchgesessen. Netzwerkkabel für Internet war durchtrennt. Ich musste ein neues besorgen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gleich Null. Kein Danke für das neu von mir bezahlte und gekaufte Kabel. Person vom Check in ist nur für check in zuständig. Nach langem hin und her, wollte er dann doch nach den Mängeln schauen, ich hatte aber nach einem halben Tag hin und her Schreiberei keinen Bock mehr. Keine Fliegengitter. Wir wurden komplett zerstochen. Info beim Check in für sie Müllentsorgung war falsch. Im Laufe des Urlaubs wurde auf meine Nachfrage hin die richtige Müllentsorgung korrigiert.

Piękny widok, apartament bardzo ładny i czysty, dobra lokalizacja, super kontakt z właścicielem, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, parking pod domem w cenie 😊 serdecznie polecam 😊
Przydałaby się klimatyzacja, właściciel zadbał o wiatrak 😊

The view from the apartment is amazing and the apartment was newly renovated and very clean.
The sofa bed was old and not really usable, and a second fan would have been good to have. Otherwise not much to dislike 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The communication with the host was excellent — 10/10. Everything we needed was provided, even a baby crib for our child, which we really appreciated. The balcony view of the lake was absolutely beautiful. The location was also very convenient, with Menaggio and other nearby towns only a short drive away. We would definitely come back again!
