Walk to everything on Mass Street. It’s hilly, but we would walk to the Booth and/or campus from the condo. This condo is very clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen a little bit this time, to create a charcuterie box for our boat day. We had all that we needed to do that. It’s very convenient to have a washer and dryer- we dried the boat towels so we wouldn’t get home with a mess. The hosts are very communicative, and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog when we moved our son into KU. We have stayed at Peridot Suite before, and I would be very glad to stay again in the future.

The location to Mass St. was great. The room was extremely clean. The interior design was great - the green theme was a lot of fun.I would definitely book again when returning to Lawrence.

This was a great experience. The place is soptless and really well located, close to restaurants and bars in the main strip. It is also very spacious and you can have your privacy with the 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The loft is on the main floor and the front door is facing the street. That said it was also very convenient and easy to get in and out. I felt safe there.

Found hair ball on bedroom table. Toe nail clippings on floor
Nothing for keurig so made a pot for 8. No wine opener or wine glasses.
Could hear upstairs neighbors all hours woke up both days at 0400.
Only 1 towel per person.
No Bar sisp
Bubble bath and laundry soap samples would be nice
