Pleasantly surprised that the property was not too far from Manila. It took us a little over an hour to get there from QC on a long holiday weekend.
The place is huge. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The ac was cold, the hot water in the bathroom was working, and the WiFi signal was good. There was enough utensils to use to be able to cook and eat comfortably.
Arch Nestor was a very good and responsive host.
As the property is on a field, there were a lot of flies and mosquitos. Keep the screen doors closed or use a mosquito repellant lotion.
