We had a lovely stay in this charming, quintessentially English apartment. It’s in a pleasantly quiet location, easy to find, and very well connected by Underground. Restaurants and shops are right next door, yet there was no bothersome noise from the neighbours. The rooms are bright, the layout is comfortable, and the bathroom is really lovely. There’s plenty of space, and everything we needed for a week was provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the entrance door has a reassuringly secure lock. Even carrying our suitcases up to the third floor was no trouble, thanks to the nice, wide staircase.
A few little things could use some attention. The water pressure was, shall we say, impressively modest — the lowest I’ve encountered in England — which made washing our hair quite an undertaking. Some of the furniture is damaged, the balcony door doesn’t close properly, and one bed has a slatted base that’s too large and slips out of place. All of these seem like straightforward fixes. The apartment could also do with a more thorough vacuum: the space under the bed appeared to have been spared for quite some time. And with four guests, three tea and coffee cups made for a small exercise in sharing.
Despite these quirks, this is a genuinely lovely apartment for English standards — and a very comfortable base for a week. With a few small fixes and perhaps one more cup, it would be even better.

This is a nice property in a great location.
The design and layout are great. The full-width doors onto the balcony are brilliant, creating a lovely atmosphere.
Unfortunately some of the facilities need some attention. The dishwasher is broken, the sliding doors in the hall are off their runners and there are only 3 mugs.

Location good 2 underground and 1 overground station nearby, and local shops
Directions to get key and the property were not very clear spent at least 30 mins looking for both ( would suggest saying next door to the Singapore garden restaurant as you cannot see the name clearly unless it’s lit up at night) several flights of stairs which was not mentioned

Location was great, easy to get around and felt safe. Apartment was clean and pretty comfortable for 3.
Needs some work done. Lots of broken cupboards, doors off runners, torn curtain and the shower is a bit slow. Communication with the host was slow but we did get what we needed.
