- It was a very nice vacation home with all the things you'd like to relax. (Pool, ping pong, Jeu de boules, even some boardgames and kids books)
- The interior was very cool thanks to the air-conditioning, even in the bedrooms.
- The pool was big, the terrace was very nice to sit at.
- The fridge dispenses ice cubes and drinkable water.
- The center of Montpelier is only a ~20min drive away and was very nice to explore.
- The host was very communicative and she was very helpful and friendly!
- You're quite isolated from neighbors, you've got the place to yourself.
- A tea towel or 2 to dry some things in the kitchen would've been nice.
- Same with only 3 dishwasher tablets, a few more would've been nice for 5 days and a group of 8.
- The Jeu de boules set could do with replacing. (Set of 3 good ones, then lots of rusty sets with the same pattern)
- Before we set off to the villa we got a message with more info about the stay. This included a warning that you must be quiet after 22h, and absolutely no music was to played at all outdoors, otherwise the police could be called and you would need to leave immediately. For our family travel party this made us very anxious that normal volumes of play and relaxation would be an issue. This was not an issue at all in the end, and we presume the message was really to discourage partying. This could be better worded to minimize anxiety for normal guests. (Other than this one message, all communication was warm and friendly)
