Disappointing

Large and bright apartment upstairs

This was marketed as and should have been a 5 star apartment but several issues really let it down. The temperature control on the tap in the downstairs bathroom could not be adjusted. The window blind in the kitchen was broken and could not be pulled up, so the kitchen was permanently dark and needed lights on. The fan in the living room was broken and bare wires exposed. Lots of scuffs and dirty marks on the walls, sofas, bed head and rugs made for an unpleasant experience. The ceiling light in one of the downstairs bedrooms was faulty and sometimes did not work. The mattress was also worn out and sunk into the middle, causing poor sleep and bad back. The bedside unit in the main bedroom was covered in some sticky substance. So overall pretty disappointing. If these things were fixed up it would be a lovely place.

El apartamento es bonito, el piso superior tiene mucha luz y es espacioso y está cerca de paradas de bus y metro. Buen apartamento para 6.

No está bien aislado ni del ruido ni de la temperatura. Durante toda la semana no fueron capaces de traernos una cafetera que funcionara, ¡3,5 libras un café en Londres!, ni de despejar la entrada de los restos de jardinería y de las obras del piso superior. Tampoco se llevaron 2 bolsones de toallas que dejaron en medio del estrecho pasillo del piso inferior ni hicieron caso sobre el radiador de un baño que perdía agua.

No está bien aislado ni del ruido ni de la temperatura.
