The room was very cozy, and the kitchen was well accessoried.
The toilet was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke. Also the windows are thin, and you can really much hear cars and people from outside.

The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. It was high up, and the TV had Netflix available, which is nice to have. Nice decor, but a little tired - the pictures cover up the wear and tear. Small, but very clean kitchen. Fridge. Pots & pans, cooker, dishwasher, sink etc, with cleaning supplies provided. The area appeared nice, but I didn't have time to explore. Plenty of power sockets. Hot shower (shared).
Doors stiff to open and close. Noisy outside in the evening; it's a town location so somewhat expected. Parking is advertised, but it is not adjacent to the building, it is a short distance away in a public carpark, so I had to drop my luggage off, then park, then walk back to the property (motorbike).
Still, first-world problems.
