The flat was spacious, fully accessible for strollers and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and we had easy access to the centre of Budapest. Supermarkets, bakery and shopping centre within a walking distance.
The house could be a little more stocked in amenities such as coffee/cleaning products but that was not that much of a problem.
The bathtub however needs improvement/replacement. The glass is stable leaving very little space to get in, and at the same time the tab itself is so high that it makes it very difficult for people with motor disabilities to get out of it safely.

The location was very good. Close to the metro stop and supermarkets, a shopping mall.
Cleanliness was good.
The kitchen facilities are good enough ( Owen, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a small kettle)
We didn't use it but there is a laundry machine.

The Rooms and beds are big enough, well decorated.
Silent street ( during our stay it was)
The price is high according to the list of absent materials.
There is not a high chair. It is necessary for the families who have small kids.
There is no crib. if you have babies, small kids it's necessary.
No luggage storage opportunity.
It could be better with shampoo and shower gels.
For daily consumption you need to buy everything from the supermarket ( Paper towels, handkerchief, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar etc.) I dont know if it was left by the previous guest (it seemed so because there were just little liquid soaps and dishwashing chemicals) . We wanted to clean the floor but there was not surface cleaning agent. If you consider for a few times cleaning you need to buy a pack of cleaning materials.
There were no separated bags for garbage ( although the building has separated big dust bins, there were no separated bags for disposals in the apartment. So it was confusing later on)
In short It's not sustainable ( especially environmentally and economically) to buy those materials for short stays.
