We stayed for a week in late October. The townhouse is welcoming, warm and comfortable, easy to access from the airport (Aircoach 702's Ballsbridge Schoolhouse Hotel stop is a few minutes' walk), and near several nice shops and restaurants. It's a 15-minute pleasant walk to the area around Trinity College, there are also buses, a train stop within walking distance, and taxis are easy to find. We loved that it had everything we needed to cook and do laundry, and enjoyed having two bedrooms and bathrooms. We would love to come back.

Starbucks a 1 minutes a pieds.

Lovely quirky house. Well stocked with essentials. It’s in a lovely area, but it is a bit of a walk to temple bar. However for us it was perfect, nice & quiet!
It’s probably due to the heatwave, but it was really warm. Perhaps an extra fan in the small bedroom would help.
