Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'équipe était des plus sympatique, et toujours disponible. La Bubble est super confortable, avec tout le nécessaire, la clim fonctionnait très bien, le lit était super confortable, et la salle de bain très bien et fermée (pour plus d'intimité) malgré le fait qu'elle soit juste à l'arrière du lit. Nous avons vraiment très bien mangé. Le cuisinier nous a fait des plats locaux variés et avec beaucoup de saveur, les meilleurs goutés dans tout notre séjour en Jordanie. Nous avons pris les excursions proposées afin de profiter un maximum de ce passage dans le Wadi Rum. Nous sommes partis 4h l'après midi pour voir un côté du désert, les endroits les plus emblématiques des films etc. La soirée sous les étoiles. Et le lendemain, nous sommes repartis pour 4h au lever du soleil pour voir l'autre côté du désert: tout aussi intéressant avec des paysages grandioses. Nous avons passés un séjour fantastique, et nous remercions toute l'équipe pour sa bonne humeur et son dévouement.
Nous nous attendions peut-etre à un spectacle grandiose depuis notre Bubble, dont le camp était peut-etre moins bien placé que d'autres. Mais nous n'avons pratiquement pas été dans la chambre, et du coup, ce détail ne nous a pas manqué. Le prix valait largement le service proposé, et nous ne regrettons en rien d'avoir choisi Layan Rum.

A wonderful stay in Wadi Rum; the camp is quiet, clean, and situated in the heart of the desert, and the staff are very helpful. The Bedouin food was delicious, and the desert activities were enjoyable. I recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Bedouin experience. Thank you.

Some of the people were very nice and genuine. Wadi rum is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Traditional fire pit dinner not offered due to insufficient numbers (we weren't informed before); same with entertainment. Activities very expensive and not as described. AC intermittent. Wifi did not work in the room. Dinner was cold. Some additional advertised features not offered. Some of the people could have been more polite and accommodating. While the people mean well, they need to ensure they are treating their customers well, advertising accurately - some improvement is required. Times are difficult at the moment but this cannot mean delivering a sub-standard experience for paying guests. We would have been happier paying more for the room and receiving a better experience.
