Everything!! Our room was so lovely. Great view. so nicely decorated and incredibly clean. The location could not be more perfect and the service was outstanding!!

We stayed in room #09 - a beautifully renovated room with quality linen and absolutely lovely finishes throughout. Location was great with a beautiful view from the window. The complimentary carpark was a bonus! Shower was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom amenities were a very nice scent and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a very nice addition! The staff we met were welcoming.
The small fridge (Hisense) was noisy throughout the night, a hotel specifically designed minibar with silent technology would be much better in this room layout. The outside lights shone through the curtain ends and these couldn’t be turned off, the metal stairs outside our room were noisy each time someone used them through the night and in the mornings. The microwave light, aircon light, moonlight around kitchen blind etc all made for a lit room especially for the person sleeping on the kitchen side - however the other side had to contend with outside/balcony light so perhaps complimentary eye masks could be offered to future guests. With the freshly renovated room there was a strong scent of paint I believe, which I didn’t realise was there until returning from a day of adventuring - and it gave us quite a bad headache. The body wash in the shower was also empty, but we made do with the hand/body wash from next to basin.
