מאכזב, לא נחזור

המיקום, נוף לכינרת, דירה מרווחת

הצ'ק-אין אמור היה להיות בשעה 15:00, אבל כשהגענו ב-17:00 גילינו שהדירה עדיין בכלל לא נוקתה. המנקה הייתה במקום עם בני משפחתה, שנראה שפשוט שהו והשתמשו בדירה, והניקיון עוד לא התחיל. הדירה הייתה מטונפת. בעל המקום לא התנצל, ורק אמר שייקח עוד כשעה. כלומר, בפועל מדובר היה בעיכוב של לפחות שלוש שעות בצ'ק-אין וללא התראה מוקדמת. גם את הפתרון נאלצנו להציע בעצמנו. לבסוף הועברנו לדירה אחרת, שכבר בוצע אליה צ'ק-אין על ידי אורחים אחרים, ובאופן הזוי התבקשנו להעביר בעצמנו את המזוודות שלהם לדירה המקורית שלנו. לצערנו, גם הדירה החלופית הייתה רחוקה מלהיות נקייה או מתוחזקת כראוי: שערות על הרצפה, מצעים שלא הרגישו נקיים, כבלים של מזגן שעוברים מעל הראש, חלונות שלא נסגרים היטב ויוצרים רעש חזק מאוד של רוח, במיוחד בגלל הקרבה לכנרת. הטלוויזיה הייתה איטית מאוד ובקושי עבדה. במרפסת היה ממש קן של יונים, והמרפסת ואדני החלונות היו מלאים בלשלשת יונים. בנוסף, לא היו מגני מזרון על המזרונים. בתוך מכונת הכביסה נשאר בגד של אורחים קודמים. המקרר והמקפיא היו מלוכלכים, עם שאריות של אורחים קודמים, והמקרר עצמו הסריח בצורה קיצונית. נאלצנו לנקות אותו בעצמנו עם אקונומיקה, וגם לאחר מכן הריח לא נעלם. בנוסף, הברז בכיור טפטף באופן משמעותי. אמנם בעל המקום שלח מנקה וטכנאי וחלק מהדברים טופלו אבל עם זאת, הוא לא הציע שום פיצוי על האיחור החריג בצ'ק-אין, מצב הניקיון, הליקויים בדירה או העובדה שבמקום להתחיל את החופשה נאלצנו להתעסק בניקיון ובתקלות. מבחינתנו זו הייתה חוויה מאכזבת ולא ראויה למקום אירוח שמפורסם ב-Booking. לא היינו חוזרים, וממליצים לאחרים להתרחק.
