This is honestly one of those rare accommodations that exceeds your expectations. The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully organized and incredibly well equipped — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was there, and then some!
We were especially impressed by all the thoughtful little details: coffee, tea, sugar, drinks and so many things that you simply don’t normally find in a rental apartment. It was clear that the hosts had really thought about making their guests feel comfortable and welcome.
We only stayed for two nights this time, but we would definitely come back for a much longer stay in Bansko. It’s a place where you can immediately feel at ease, and accommodation of this quality is not easy to find. I want also to mention the stuning view from the window. Also I recommend a Vietnamese restaurant, Chao, 10 min walk from the apartment. It worth!
The only negative point was unrelated to the apartment itself. Unfortunately, one of the receptionists was quite unpleasant and made it unnecessarily difficult for us to use the sauna, even though the full spa access was included in our booking. This was disappointing, especially considering how wonderful the apartment and the rest of the experience were.
Apart from that, everything was absolutely fantastic. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

It’s family friendly. The facilities/amenities are simply amazing! The view from the bedroom is so amazing!

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. An extremely well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large living area and great shower.
We loved that there were plenty of coffee and hot chocolate pods and a large table for family meals.
The view from the apartment was gorgeous too!
We used the pool and sauna in the main building which was a real treat.
