The location is absolutely perfect, just above Rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street, and only a couple of streets away from La Croisette. Everything is within walking distance. Christophe, the owner, was also available and helpful whenever we needed him. The apartment is small, but it is well equipped and has everything you might need for a short stay.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. It felt as though only the bed linen had been changed and the bathroom cleaned before our arrival. The floors had not been properly cleaned, even under the table, and the kitchen still had fingerprints and marks from previous guests. Some of the decorative cushions were also torn. There were also a lot of ants, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, which was very unpleasant. There were maintenance issues as well, such as a broken window handle in the kitchen, which meant the window could not be opened properly. For €650 for five nights, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The apartment has potential because of its excellent location, but it definitely needs much more attention to cleaning and upkeep.
