Localização não é mentira, está muito perto da praia.
Quando reservei este apartamento ele não tinha avaliações, eu questionei porque e recebi resposta que era novo. Confiei e fiquei contente que fico no espaço todo novo. Foi um erro gigante!
O apartamento não é um apartamento, mas é uma garagem transformada. Os quartos estão na cave! A localização dos quartos passou a ser referida no anúncio só depois de eu reclamar, estava omitido no anúncio! Cave super baixa, super humida.e super quente. Um quarto não tem janela absolutamente nenhuma, dois outros tem janelas minusculas ao nível do chão. Só um dos quartos tem ar condicionado que tem de ser ligado a força toda para arrefecer outros quartos através das portas abertas. É um sítio terrivel.
Havia outras coisas, frigorífico não estava em ordem, espaço exterior estava completamente sujo.
O apartamento está cheio de extratores de ar e ambienadores porque os donos sabem de cheiro de humidade que reina ai e tentam disfarçar.
O prédio tem rachas significativas e pode ser perigoso.
O estacionamento declarado no anúncio não é o que imaginam. Foi pago por donos um valor qualquer e podíamos estacionar na zona, mas o lugar não está garantido, se não tiver lugar livre por perto, paciência.
Dormimos uma noite porque chegamos tarde (reserva de 10 dias!!!). Reclamei com Booking e saimos, não vamos passar as nossas ferias de verão na cave de ninguém. Booking devolveu uma parte da sua comissão. O dono do apartamento recusou-se a qualquer devolução, embora mentiu-me, manipulou me e não cumpriu as suas obrigações de agir em boa fé.
Solicitei uma fatura que também recusa-se passar, dizendo que é obrigação da Booking. É outra mentira.
